The mind is a powerful thing, but I'm sure the more you snorkel and find yourself still alive, the more comfortable you'll get. Those baracudas don't help, though! =)Mid-Life Cruising!http://www.mid-lifecruising.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4230081621541501390.post-34375023757310933002011-04-18T19:51:32.448-04:002011-04-18T19:51:32.448-04:00Cyndi, it doesn't help that one of my all time...Cyndi, it doesn't help that one of my all time favorite movies is Jaws! I just read on another blog about a cruiser's anchor getting hung up on a ship wreck. I've never heard that as a phobia but I have it anyway. I'm also not one to have phobias.

I am extremely comfortable in the water and plants and fish don't bother me at all but a ship wreck or wrecked dock does something to me. The dock is fine if it is where it is supposed to be but the the remains of an old abandond dock, forget it.

I would love to dive shipwrecks but I think it would take me a long time to get used to the idea. Like several hours.

Ghost, who doesn't like ghosts of ships.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
